We offer a 30-day money back guarantee when The Silent Rider® is purchased directly from us, the manufacturer.  We want you to try our silencer to appreciate how well it works.  Run it on your driveway or on a gravel surface.  But please refrain from heavy use in muddy, wet or dusty conditions until you have settled on your purchase. 

 

Silencers returned with any damage, unauthorized alternations to the silencer, or in any unsellable condition will be charged a damage fee.  Please test out the silencer, but don’t abuse it.

 

Return Instructions 

• Contact us for a Return Authorization Number.  To have one issued contact us at either info@atvsilencer.com or call 866-394-2878.  
•  Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
•  Ship the silencer to the address given to you when you receive the Return Authorization Number.

 

If you purchased the silencer through a dealer or internet vendor please contact them for their Return Policies. Any purchases not made directly through us are subject to the guarantees and return policies of the vendor from whom you bought the silencer.
